We’d like to introduce to you some key members of the Kwest team. They’re the people that you’re most likely to deal with on a day-to-day basis and should you want to talk to any of them feel free to give us a call.

John McCusker – Research Director

John has a BSc from Liverpool University, and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He has more than twenty years experience in housing research and has been involved with Kwest since its inception in 1989. He is a hands-on Director, getting involved in all aspects of Kwest service-delivery and conducting some of the most complicated research that we do.

Susan Richmond – Senior Project Manager & Senior Analyst

With a First in her degree, and a background in research from the financial services sector, Susan fitted seamlessly into the Kwest team from the moment she came on board in 2008. She has worked on a wide variety of postal, telephone and online projects on the social research side of the business, managing many of our largest and most challenging projects. Susan is highly experienced in data analysis and is our in-house expert for the Kwest Online Analyst. As such, she has been involved in the analysis for our most complex research and specialises in bespoke programming for many of Kwest’s large service monitoring and customer satisfaction projects.

Niall O’Connor – Project Manager

With an MA in Cognitive Science from the University of Manchester, Niall joined Kwest in 2017 and has become key to the everyday running of our research. He has been closely involved in the implementation of over 100 projects, covering areas such as satisfaction monitoring, repairs, anti-social behaviour and the effects of the rollout of Universal Credit. He has also undertaken additional training in interviewing and quality control to supplement his knowledge as a Project Manager.

Kieran McCusker – Technical Director

Kieran has more than twenty years experience in IT and has been involved with Kwest since its inception. He is responsible for all of the exceptionally successful technology that we use, including the Kwest Online Analyst™, Designer, our sophisticated Telephone Management System and all of our bespoke back-office systems.

Jane Sharifi – Project Support & Sales

Jane has a degree from Manchester University and has been involved with Kwest since 1992. She has a background in research and has worked on more than 400 projects.
She now provides project support and undertakes Kwest’s marketing activities – developing our sales strategies, preparing tenders and making sure that Kwest continues to strengthen its visibility and position within the sector.
